Anderson Jarman is the Founder and CEO/President of Jarman Development Group.  He brings his experience from over 15 years in commercial real estate and business analytics. He has a passion for partnering with businesses to help them achieve a strong market share through a strategic development program – this created his desire to branch out on his own.  After just a couple of years, he has proven to be an exceptional developer, and has primarily developed single-tenant, absolute NNN ground-up or retrofit properties.  He is driven to a high professional standard and holds himself to no margin for error in all his endeavors.  As an entrepreneur, he is constantly thinking of the next move and his strategic vision for the Company.  His past experiences have included tenure at Marcus and Millichap, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Advance Financial 24/7 from LA to NYC.  When not at work, you can find him at his children’s sporting events, the golf course, or at a Nashville Soccer match.

Beth Moretz is the CFO of Jarman Development Group.  She manages and directs the accounting and finance functions of the Company, from cash management to general ledger accounting to financial analysis. She also has her affiliate broker’s license and acts as the Company’s representative for real estate transactions. Beth comes with a wide array of industry experience in the accounting space, including public accounting at PwC, private equity real estate, insurance, and music & entertainment.  She is happy to be back in the real estate world, getting to wear many hats in current role.   Beth enjoys supporting others to achieve exceptional results with a high degree of quality.  When not at work, you can find her enjoying time with family and friends, at the gym getting her workout fix, or in the kitchen mixing up something delicious.
